1.What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with Seller to Seller.

For example, ToolWale charges Rs 69 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500. And if the order value is of Rs 500 and above then the product is delivered free.


2. What will be the estimate delivery time period?

Sellers generally acquire and do shipping for items within the specified time on the product page. Online business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

 Estimated delivery time period depends on the following factors:

  • From where Seller offering the product.
  • The Product's availability with the Seller/Dealer.
  • Destination to which you want the order shipped.


3. Is there any hidden cost such as sales tax or octroi charges on the products sold by Sellers on ToolWale?

No hidden charges when you make a purchase on listed prices are final and all-inclusive charges. The price you see on the product description page is exactly what you would pay.


4. How do I know the product will be delivered to my location?

Please enter your pin code on the product page and you don't have to enter it every single time once if you sign in with to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

Whether your location can be serviced depends on the following terms:

  • The Seller willing for the shipping in your location.
  • Legal restrictions if any in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

At times Sellers prefer not to ship the products to certain locations of the nation. This choice is entirely on their discretion.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) option are available for certain locations only?

CoD availability depends on the ability of our courier partner is servicing your location to accept cash as payment mode at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. So please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD option is available in your location.


6. How do I arrange a pick-up to return an item?

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible our Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the product. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged by our service due to some circumstance then you can return the item through a third-party courier service to us and return fees are carried by the Seller.
